change to booking and cancellation policy

due to an increase volume of no shows we have now decided to implement a new system.

when you log in you will now be asked to add a card to your account. This is not a scam.

payment for your service must still be made in store.

Your card will not be charged unless you don't show up to your appointment without prior notice.
you have up until 12 hours before your appointment to cancel in the system. If you need to cancel within the 12 hour period please either call the shop directly or message your barber via instagram.

Price increase notice-

Dear value customers, starting 28/02/25 please note that there will be a price increase in our services due to increased overheads, keeping up with inflation and investing in new equipment.

This price increase will help us to keep and improve on the high standards we implement every time someone walks through our doors.
