All customers will now be asked to add a card to their account when making an appointment.

Your card will NOT be charged unless you cancel with less than 12hrs notice or you do not show up to your appointment.

if you need to cancel or move your appointment within the 12 hour period please contact us via the shop phone or instagram.

Cancellation, Reschedule & No show policy: You will be charged 100% of your appointment cost cancelling or rescheduling with less then 12 hours notice & also in the event of not showing up. If you are late you risk not being able to have the service you booked  (If multiple appointments have been missed you will be asked to prepay when booking)

You will not be able to cancel or move your appointment within the 12hr cancellation policy.  Adjustments to your appointment can only be made on your account if you are outside of the 12hr policy. If for any reason a payment isn't made in the events listed above you will not be able to book a future appointment until the payment has been made. (Please use social media for cancellation requests)
